Male Circumcisions Drop in Manitoba

WINNIPEG -- The circumcision rate in Manitoba is continuing to fall, according to figures obtained recently from the province's ministry of health. The figures show that only about 25 percent of Manitoba newborn boys were circumcised in the year ended March 31, 1999, compared with 35 percent three years earlier.
