Abstract

An unusual complication of neonatal circumcision occurs when skin from the penile shaft is excised along with the prepuce. Upon healing part of the wound, the penis gets buried in the scrotum. Repair is complicated by the lack of available skin to cover the penis. We describe a surgical technique for correction of this condition.
